KV currently operates more than 1 million square feet of manufacturing and distribution space and actively produces close to 200 different branded and generic products. Over the past fiscal year to facilitate future growth we have invested significant additional capital to continue to expand and improve our manufacturing, laboratory and distribution facilities and purchase new equipment. We believe this puts our Company into position to capitalize on product opportunities expected to drive the future business.
